Map the Map is an open, global business discovery initiative developed and maintained by Fixare Studio. The software is provided free of charge to individuals, freelancers, and businesses worldwide to assist in local market analysis and business discovery.
The desktop software is distributed for free. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the application on personal or workstation devices. The core intellectual property and branding remain the property of Fixare Studio.
To support the global discovery mission of the Map the Map initiative, business lead records (such as public business names, categories, addresses, contact details, and ratings) extracted during extraction sessions are automatically synchronized and merged into our central cloud database repository to help build an enriched global map dataset.
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of extracted business leads complies with applicable regional communications and privacy regulations (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and local marketing guidelines).
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Fixare Studio shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
